Who we are
PE Drawings (“we”, “us”) provides professional engineering drafting and PE stamping services fully online at pedrawings.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to contactpedrawings@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Quote and contact forms: name, email, phone number, project description, project address and any files you upload.
- Live chat (Tawk.to): messages you send and any name, email or phone you choose to share.
- Phone and email: details you give us when you call or write.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and the ad or search that brought you to the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, deliver drawings and calculations, and answer plan-review comments.
- To communicate with you about your project.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To meet legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations.
Advertising and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which ads lead to enquiries. When you submit a form or start a chat, your email address and phone number may be shared with Google in a one-way hashed (encrypted) form so Google can match the enquiry to an ad click (“enhanced conversions”). Google does not receive your project details. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share project information only with the licensed engineers and drafters working on your project, and with service providers that help us run the business (website hosting, live chat, email, payment processing), each bound to use it only for that purpose. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
Project records are kept for as long as needed to support your permit and to meet professional record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contactpedrawings@gmail.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which we honour on request. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
