WHO WE ARE

Built around one problem: getting the permit approved

Most people who need engineered drawings did not plan for them. An inspector shows up, a plan reviewer sends a comment, a lender asks for a letter — and suddenly a project is stalled over a document nobody knew was required.

PE Drawings exists for that moment. We take the scope as it is, produce the drawings and calculations the jurisdiction wants, and seal them with an engineer licensed in that state. No long proposals, no discovery phase, no hourly meter running while your crew waits.

The work is done by licensed Professional Engineers and experienced CAD technicians. The engineer who seals your set has reviewed it and can speak to it if the plan reviewer calls.

How we work

  • Fixed prices, quoted before any work begins
  • A named engineer responsible for your set
  • Drafts for your review before anything is sealed
  • Plan-review responses included in the price
  • Live chat and email access throughout
  • Your project information kept confidential

PRINCIPLES

What we will and will not do

We will not seal work we have not reviewed

Every state licensing board prohibits it, and for good reason. If you send us drawings, we check the engineering behind them, correct what does not comply, and seal the corrected set under our own responsibility. That is slower than a rubber stamp, and it is the only version that holds up.

We tell you when you do not need us

Some scopes are exempt. Some need a licensed architect or surveyor instead. Some need nothing but a completed permit application. If that is your situation we will say so in chat, at no charge.

We design to the code, not to the budget

Member sizes come out of the calculations. If the answer is a bigger beam or a deeper footing than you hoped for, that is the answer — but we will show you the alternatives that get you there.

We stay reachable after delivery

Permits take weeks. Comments arrive late. We answer questions about our drawings for as long as the permit is live, not just until the invoice clears.

ACCOUNTABILITY

The seal names a person, not a company

A Professional Engineer’s licence is personal. When our engineer seals your drawings, that individual is accountable to the state board for the design — and is available to speak to your plan reviewer about it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are your engineers licensed?

Yes. Every sealed set is signed by a Professional Engineer holding an active licence in the state where the project is located, and each engineer seals only work within their own discipline and competence.

Do you carry professional liability insurance?

Yes. Certificates of insurance can be issued on request, naming your entity where a contract requires it.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We routinely work under confidentiality agreements for developers, franchise builders and design firms.

Can you work as an overflow partner for my design firm?

Yes. We provide white-label structural and MEP support under your title block and sheet numbering, sealed by our licensed engineers.
