Most permits need more than one discipline. We coordinate them so the sheets agree with each other — the single most common reason a set gets rejected.
PE Stamped Structural Plans

Frequently asked questions
Can one company really cover structural, architectural, MEP and civil?
Yes — by assigning each discipline to an engineer licensed and practicing in that field, then coordinating the sheets before anything is sealed. Each engineer seals only the sheets within their own discipline and licensure, which is exactly what state boards require.
Do you provide the drawings, or only the stamp?
Both. Most clients send us photos and a sketch and we produce the drawings from scratch. If you already have drawings, we review them, fix what does not comply and seal the corrected set.
Will my building department accept a digitally signed and sealed PDF?
Nearly all U.S. jurisdictions now accept digital seals and electronic submittal, and many require it. If your AHJ still wants wet-signed originals, tell us in the quote stage and we will arrange them.
What if the plan reviewer rejects the set?
We respond to plan-review comments on our scope and re-issue the corrected sealed sheets at no additional charge. Handling that back-and-forth is part of the job, not an extra.
