Services
PE Drawings provides engineering drafting, calculations and professional engineer (PE) stamping for permit submissions. Each project is sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the state where the project is located. Scope, deliverables, price and delivery date are confirmed in a written quote before work starts.
Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, including site address, existing conditions, dimensions and any plan-review comments. Engineering conclusions rely on this information; errors or omissions in it may require revised work at additional cost.
Payment
Fees are stated in your quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, payment is due before sealed final files are released. Rush fees apply only when agreed in writing.
Revisions and plan-review comments
We respond to building-department comments that relate to the agreed scope at no extra charge. Changes to the scope, design or site information after work starts are quoted separately.
Permit approval
We prepare drawings to the code edition adopted by your jurisdiction and work with you until comments on our scope are resolved. Final permit decisions rest with the authority having jurisdiction, and approval timelines are outside our control.
Use of drawings
Sealed drawings are issued for the specific project and address named on them. They may not be reused for another site, altered, or resealed by others.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including construction delays.
Cancellations
You may cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, fees for work completed to date are non-refundable.
